How it works
• On completion of agreement with the partnering COMPANY for offshore support, agreed COMPANY should release the 50 % of the agreed first month bill.
• We will establish infrastructure at our offshore centre.
• We will be providing training on your products and business process for four weeks during which the offshore support team will get to speed with the your business process.
• We will be providing consultation service in monitoring and training the offshore team. We will be coming to your onshore office as and when needed to discuss and improve the business process.
• Invoice will be raised separately from SB IT Connection UK Ltd every month for the team based on the agreed number of resource and the rate.
Preparing back up testers:
Our off shore centre will be working towards building 2:1 back up resource so that we will be in a position to provide agreed resource by all means and this will also enable us to increase the offshore team easily when ever necessity arise. But we will not charge you to pay towards preparing and training our back up team.
